Terms of Use

These terms apply to editaipro.com and to buying and using EDIT.AI PRO. By buying, you agree to them.
1. Who sells it
EDIT.AI PRO is sold by SHK SOLUÇÕES DIGITAIS LTDA, a Brazilian company (CNPJ 40.194.312/0001-06). Payment and the members area are handled by Hubla, a payment platform.
2. What the product is
EDIT.AI PRO is a digital product. It includes the Chip Editor, a video editing skill that your AI (ChatGPT or Claude) installs on your computer. With it, you send your recording, type what you want in plain English and get back a video that's cut, captioned and has motion. It comes with a zip file with everything your AI needs and short lessons that show the install and your first video. It isn't a video editing course.
What each purchase includes is what's written on the page and the checkout on the day you buy.
3. What you need to use it
- A computer, Mac or Windows. That's where the editing runs. You can send requests and approve edits from your phone while the computer is on.
- A paid AI plan: Claude (to use Claude Code) or ChatGPT (to use Codex). You pay those companies directly, from $20 a month. It isn't included in the price of EDIT.AI PRO.
- An internet connection.
ChatGPT and Claude are services from other companies. Their prices, usage limits and features can change without notice from us, and that can change what your AI is able to do. We don't control those services.
4. Access
Once your payment is approved, access arrives at the email you used to buy and lives in Hubla's members area. Access lasts 1 year from the purchase date.
Access is personal. Don't share your login.
5. What you can do with the material
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the Chip Editor on your own videos and on videos you edit for clients. You may not resell, share, publish or distribute the zip file, the lessons or any part of them. Doing so may end your access.
The videos you record and edit remain yours. The files, lessons, texts and the EDIT.AI PRO brand belong to SHK SOLUÇÕES DIGITAIS LTDA.
6. Payment
EDIT.AI PRO costs $27, a one-time payment. It isn't a subscription. You pay by card, in US dollars, on Hubla's checkout. Your bank may charge its own fees for international purchases. The price is the one shown on the page and the checkout on the day you buy.
7. Guarantee and refund
You have 7 days, counted from the day after your purchase, to ask for a full refund, for any reason. You ask for it through Hubla: see how to ask for a refund. Once the refund goes through, your access ends.
8. Results
EDIT.AI PRO helps you edit videos with AI. The quality of each edit depends on your recording, your request, your AI plan and your computer. We don't promise views, followers, sales or income.
9. Acceptable use
Don't use the product to edit illegal content, content that violates other people's rights, or content that breaks ChatGPT's or Claude's rules.
10. Help
The lessons show the install and your first video, step by step. For payment, access or refund questions, use Hubla's help center: help.hub.la (in Portuguese).
11. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated. The date at the top shows the current version. Each purchase is governed by the version in effect on the day it was made.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. You can bring any claim in the courts where you live, and nothing here takes away the consumer rights you have under the laws of your country.
