Privacy Policy

This page explains what EDIT.AI PRO collects, what it's used for, who it's shared with and how you can ask to see, correct or delete your data. It covers editaipro.com and all of its pages.

1. Who is responsible for your data

EDIT.AI PRO is a product of SHK SOLUÇÕES DIGITAIS LTDA, a Brazilian company (CNPJ 40.194.312/0001-06). It is the controller of your data.

2. What we collect

• When you visit the site: IP address, device, browser, pages viewed, clicks, taps, scrolling and where you came from (the ad or link that brought you here). This is collected with cookies and the measurement tools listed in section 4.
• When you buy: payment happens on Hubla's checkout. There you enter your name, email, phone, an ID document, your billing address and your card details. Your card number stays with Hubla and its payment partners: we never see it. Hubla shares with us your name, email, phone, what you bought, the amount, the payment method and where the purchase came from.

The videos you edit with the Chip Editor are not sent to us. Your files stay on your computer. What your AI reads to edit them goes through your own ChatGPT or Claude account, under those companies' rules.

3. What we use it for

• Giving you access to the product.
• Processing refunds.
• Understanding where visits and sales come from, and improving the site, the videos and the ads.
• Showing EDIT.AI PRO ads to people who visited the site, on Facebook and Instagram.
• Meeting legal and tax obligations and preventing fraud.

We don't sell your data.

4. Cookies and measurement tools

• Meta Pixel and Conversions API (Meta Platforms): measure visits and purchases that come from ads on Facebook and Instagram, and help show ads. The pixel runs on this site and on the checkout. The checkout also sends purchase events to Meta from Hubla's servers, through the Conversions API.
• Google Analytics 4 (Google): measures visits, clicks and purchases on this site and on the checkout.
• Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft): records how the page is used (clicks, taps and scrolling) as session replays and heatmaps, without linking this to your name. It helps us find what gets in the way of reading.

The site also stores in your browser, for 7 days, the codes from the link that brought you here (like the ad's parameters). That way your purchase stays linked to the right ad even if you come back later.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site keeps working; only part of the measurement stops. To control the ads you see: Meta ad preferences and Google My Ad Center. To stop Google Analytics in your browser: Google Analytics opt-out.

5. Who we share it with

Only with those who need the data to make the service work:

• Hubla, which runs the checkout, the payment and the members area;
• the measurement and advertising tools in section 4;
• Hostinger, where this site is hosted;
• authorities, when the law or a court order requires it.

Some of these companies store data outside your country, for example in the United States or in Brazil. Each one has its own privacy policy.

6. How long we keep it

For as long as the purposes above require. Purchase records are kept for the period the law requires for tax and consumer records. Browsing data is kept for each measurement tool's own period. After that, it's deleted or made anonymous.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask at any time to:

• know whether we hold data about you, and get a copy of it;
• correct data that is wrong or out of date;
• delete data, or limit how it's used;
• receive your data in a portable format;
• withdraw consent you gave, and object to the use of your data for ads.

To make a request, contact us through Hubla, the platform where you bought: its help center, help.hub.la, lists its support contacts. Mention EDIT.AI PRO and the email you used to buy. We answer within 15 days. You can also file a complaint with the data protection authority where you live, or with the ANPD, Brazil's data protection authority.

8. Security

The site uses a secure connection (HTTPS) and access to data is limited to those who need it to work. No system is completely secure. If an incident could harm you, we'll let you know, as the law requires.

9. Minors

EDIT.AI PRO is sold to people 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect data from minors.

10. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated. The date at the top shows the current version.
